Intermediate Business Administration apprenticeships with IPS can give learners the training required to pursue Administrator, Office Junior, Receptionist or Junior Legal Secretary positions. IPS will train your learners to meet the day-to-day requirements of these positions and ensure business practices are run smoothly and to a high standard.
Building upon the skills learners can pick up at intermediate level, the Advanced Business Administration apprenticeship can give learners the training required to work in positions such as Administration Officer/Team Leader, Personal Assistant or Secretarial roles.
Level 2 Standard – Customer Service Practitioner

IPS offer Recruitment Resourcing apprenticeships for learners to prepare them and help them progress within a recruitment agency or other related companies. Learners will be trained in the various aspects of recruitment and helping match job vacancies with suitable employees.
The advanced Recruitment apprenticeship with IPS is designed for Recruitment Consultants who have prior experience in the area, looking to build upon or demonstrate knowledge within their role. This qualification looks to support learners in various aspects of recruitment based positions, including working with employers to develop vacancies, advertising to prospective applicants and processing sent applications. Apprentices on this advanced course will be required to demonstrate the ability to complete tasks independently, organise activities and contribute to decision making.
Sales and Telesales
Sales and Telesales apprentices play an integral role in helping companies to achieve sales, helping customers to buy the products or services that they require. IPS’s apprenticeships in this field equip learners with the skills and knowledge to progress in this field, covering all aspects of the sales process as well as customer relations. This intermediate apprentice will train learners to pursue Trainee Sales Advisor, Telesales Operator or Junior Sales Executive positions.
Level 3 Standard – Digital Marketer
A digital marketer will typically work as part of a team, in which they will have responsibility for some of the straightforward elements of the overall marketing plan or campaign. This Level 3 Standard course is more suited to the following assistant, executive, co-ordinator, technologist roles.

IT, Software, Web & Telecoms Pro
IPS’s IT, Software, Web & Telecoms Pro apprenticeships support IT companies to gain the skilled staff they need to ensure IT operations within their workplace to run effectively. Depending on what specialism you wish to train your apprentice in, an intermediate level qualification will train your individual to set up new equipment or update systems, and train them to work with customers to identify, troubleshoot and address IT faults.
Depending on what specialism you require, an advanced level apprenticeship may have your learner working as a software developer creating applications and websites, or a software tester testing applications before they are released.
IT Users apprenticeship with IPS provides learners with the competence, skills and knowledge to work effectively and efficiently with IT systems, communications and productivity tools and software applications. The level 2 apprenticeship is suitable for learners looking to work in Data Administrator, entering and editing data using software such as Customer Relationship Management. Learners may also work with accounts, working with payroll and stock control systems. It provides clear progress from those with little experience of ICT who may be directed in its use to those who can diagnose issues and use ICT to solve them.
The level 3 apprenticeship may have learners working as Website Managers, planning and contributing to designing websites, creating multimedia content for websites and working with IT professionals to build new sites. The qualification provides learning across a wide range of subjects that include a variety of software applications, setup and optimising computer systems and general use of ICT through 3 specific units in software, communication and user fundamentals that also map to Functional Skills ICT.
Team Leading and Management
Level 3 Standard – Team Leader Supervisor
IPS offers apprenticeships in management to help those in or entering management roles ensure their places of work are ran effectively and maximise the potential of the business. The level 3 apprenticeship standard offers training in monitoring work, giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting staff, resolving problems and ensuring effective customer service.
Level 5 Standard – Operations Departmental Manager
This apprenticeship has been designed to provide access to development opportunities for as wide a range of individuals as possible. This includes individuals who are looking to take the next step in their career in leadership and management and are on the path to a role within professional management.
