Recruitment of Apprentices hits new levels at IPS in 2018 achieving over 200-vacancy successes for IPS Recruitment Advisor Alix Taylor.

Here at IPS International and IPS Apprenticeships, we try and make the process of recruiting an apprentice as easy as possible for both the employer and the applicant. We have an in-house recruitment department that can work with you, designing job adverts, selecting the best calibre of applicant for you to interview.  Our Recruitment Advisor Alix Taylor, himself was an IPS Apprentice starting with a Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship in 2016 and then progressing onto a Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship in 2018.  Alix uses his skills and experience to carry out telephone interviews and support applicants in applying for the job role also supporting the employer in the aspects of the Apprenticeship. Alix started his working life as an Apprentice with IPS, so understands the approach to take with young people who are entering employment for the first time.

With Alix’s hard work and dedication to sourcing the best candidate for the relevant role, our recruitment target has hit over the 200-vacancy mark for 2018, excelling last year’s target.
