The National Apprenticeship Week 2021 – Theme Announced

The theme “build the future” for next year’s National Apprenticeship Week aims to encourage everyone to consider how Apprenticeships help individuals build the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, which vital after this year.

This will be the 14th annual week-long celebration of Apprenticeships, which takes place across England, showcasing the impact Apprenticeships  have on communities, local businesses and regional economies and how they all benefit from the impact of Apprenticeships. As a result of the pandemic and relying on technology and virtual meetings more than ever, National Apprenticeship Week 2021 will be different, but just as exciting.

Keywords for this year are:

TRAIN Apprentices and future proof their workforce and careers though Apprenticeships;

RETAIN Apprentices, gaining the skills and knowledge needed by the business, and seeing apprentices thrive, whilst having an impact;

ACHIEVE a real return on investment from Apprentices; realising the business benefits of apprenticeships, with apprentices progressing in their chosen careers.

As always we will be getting involved and spreading the word and we can’t wait to support another week showcasing the importance and acheivements of Apprenticeships and would love to see Employers and Apprentice’s get involved too!
