IPS sponsoring the Kent & Medway Apprentice Graduation Ceremony 2019
The first-ever Kent & Medway Apprentice Graduation Ceremony 2019 to celebrate Apprentices who have completed their qualifications will take place at Rochester Cathedral on 4th October 2019. Kelly Tolhurst MP for Rochester and Strood is confirmed as the keynote speaker, with Paul Andrews CEO of Jobs in Kent and Nicola Everett of KMFM will co-host the awards ceremony.
The event is to be hosted by a group of Kent and Medway Partners: Careers and Enterprise Company, The Education People, The Education and Skills Funding Agency, Federation of Small Businesses, The Leigh Academies Trust, Kent Association of Training Organisations, Kent Further Education, Kent County Council and Medway Council. With KM Media Group being the Media Partners.
IPS International is delighted to be sponsoring the event and cannot wait to celebrate Apprentice’s achievements and we look forward to seeing some of our Apprentices and the employers we support at the event.
“Many organisations across the county are employing Apprentices” says Michael Ratcliffe, Director of Kent Association of Training Organisations (KATO). “We want to celebrate the Apprentice’s achievement in the same way a University Graduate is celebrated. So, we are delighted to say there are 200 places open for Apprentices to book now.”
How can you get involved?
Have you got an Apprentice who will have completed their programme, at any level or discipline, between 1st January 2018- 31st August 2019 and is either Kent or Medway based? Places are still available to book, why not celebrate your Apprentice and promote your support to the Apprenticeships scheme to the local community.
