IPS can help your business recruit and train an Apprentice to help support the work of your company. Recruitment of Apprentices has proven to make businesses more productive, staff more motivated and help to reduce staff turnover.
IPS can help establish the training needs of the business, finding the suitable Apprenticeship for your learner to train towards. The Apprenticeship must enable the learner to gain competence to undertake a full range of duties appropriate to the job. Learners can be enrolled throughout the year, giving your company flexibility in recruiting an Apprentice when you so desire.
We are able to offer versatile training, both on-the-job or off-the-job. The majority of our training is delivered on-the-job with our trainers visiting your premises to meet with your learner. Some of our qualifications will require learners to visit our training centre to complete their qualifications. Our Apprenticeships are available for businesses of all sizes across the south-east of England, and can last between one and four years, depending on the qualification.
