Kent Sport is an integrated team of Kent County Council and Sport England funded staff, working together as the Active Partnership for Kent. They have set up a challenge for October, called the ‘Walk over October Challenge’. Want to know more?

The challenge will take place over four weeks and is all about walking a minimum of 30 minutes every day during the month of October. If you want to achieve over the recommended 150 minutes of moderately intense physical activity every week you can split the 30 minutes a day of walking throughout the day, all you need to do is log any walking you do throughout October onto the Kent Sport’s free Activity Tracker, earn walking points and appear on a leader board. Plus, you can be in with a chance of winning prizes!
